Grown with passion by Fabiola Catalina Martínez Sánchez, a committed producer and pioneer of agroforestry cultivation methods, this coffee embodies both respect for nature and the preservation of traditions.
Each sip directly supports Colombian farming families and celebrates the artisanal expertise of Fabiola and her community.
All our coffees share the same production process: 48h x 48h fermentation, Honey washed, and are grown at an altitude of 1800m.

This exceptional micro-lot offers a harmonious and bright cup, blending sweet notes of panela, vibrant citrus accents, and a subtly sweet almond finish.

Decaffeinated using the EA (sugarcane) process, it retains all its natural sweetness and aromatic profile, for a clean, silky, and surprisingly gourmet experience.
