The house of the art of living

A Brittany interior design institution, La Maison Générale has just opened a new 150 m² space. Classic and contemporary pieces (from Caravane, Maison de Vacances, Élitis, Gervasoni, Yves Delorme, Diptyque, Aesop, Cassina, Vitra, Knoll, B&B Italia, etc.) interact to better enhance the taste of second homes or luxury homes. Equally, the "Galerie Collection" offers a selection of pieces found from the 18th to the early 19th century: the Ottoman rug embroidered with Turkish motifs, the light-colored wooden workbench, and even antique portraits.

The combination of antiques and contemporary decorative pieces (including custom-designed sofas by La Maison Générale) is a matter of taste and expertise. There are also fragrances for personal use and the home, curiosities, a children's corner, generous desks, and a supplies section (notebooks, binders, etc.). The ready-to-wear capsule collections include Le Mont St Michel workwear.
