Cultivated with passion by Fabiola Catalina Martínez Sánchez, a dedicated producer and pioneer of agroforestry farming methods, this coffee embodies both respect for nature and the preservation of traditions.
Each sip directly supports Colombian farming families and celebrates the artisanal expertise of Fabiola and her community.
All our coffees share the same production process: 48h x 48h fermentation, Honey washed, and are grown at an altitude of 1800m.
